Federal charges were announced in a multi-million-dollar Medicaid fraud scheme in the Eastern District of Wisconsin this week as part of the Justice Department’s national health care fraud takedown.
Jasmine Cooper, 37, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, is charged with health care fraud and aggravated identity theft in connection with a scheme to defraud Wisconsin Medicaid. Cooper, who was authorized to run a prenatal care coordination agency (PNCC) to assist at risk pregnant women and women with children, submitted thousands of false claims in which she claimed her company provided much-needed services that beneficiaries never received between 2019 and 2022.
Cooper submitted over $5.8 million in fraudulent claims to Wisconsin Medicaid, of which over $5.4 million was paid. On the same day that charges were filed, the United States also filed a signed plea agreement indicating Cooper’s intention to plead guilty to the charges next month.
FBI Milwaukee investigated this case along with substantial assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Medicaid Fraud and Elder Abuse Control Unit.

The Bible literally states that it is a punishment to be ruled by foreigners, women, and weak, effeminate men.
Christians need to stop being "nice," which is new age speak for COWARDS, and start being honest, which is new age speak for HATEFUL.
See how inverted it all is?
Truth is hate.
Cowardice is kindness.
Good is evil.
And don't believe your very eyes.
It's Satanism.
Did God REALLY say eat not of the tree?
I was the lone Supervisor to vote against Supervisor Mae’s appointment.
Why would the county executive appoint someone with 0 background in healthcare to the Brown County Board of Health?
My name is Ella, I'm 17 years old.
I do long jump. I play volleyball. I go to school in New Richmond, Wisconsin.
When my school allowed a biological male into the girls' restroom without telling parents —
I went to the school board.
With my name attached.
In my own town.
I got bullied for it. Harassed online. Even some of my own teachers came after me.
I'm still here.
Because here's what I know:
The net in women's volleyball is set nearly a foot lower for a reason.
A biological male can hit a ball across that net at force that could seriously injure a girl.
And in track — all it takes is three biological males entering the girls' category
and not a single girl in this state stands on a podium.
I didn't speak up because it was easy.
I spoke up because somebody had to.
The Supreme Court is about to answer the question every girl in America is asking.
We're ready.

Ladies, a time is coming when your men are going to have to do things. Your best course of action is to support them wholeheartedly. Your second best course of action is to shut the fuck up and stay out of the way.
After he was done beating the absolute brakes off the guy who allegedly threatened to rape his wife & grandkids, Pastor Spell told his church: "I fulfilled scripture, I laid hands on the sick."
No, I’m not joking. That’s one hell of a line. 😂
If all of this is true: HERO! 🫡
@johnhawkinsrwn@amalaekpunobi A bus stop gets lots of foot traffic, whereas fewer people use luxury cars. But at the end of the day the value is in the luxury car.
Louisiana pastor beats up a man who allegedly threatened to r*pe and kill his wife and grandchildren.
Pastor Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle Church says he was working on a church bus when the neighbor's son started shouting at him.
Spell said that it is his job as the natural protector to protect his church and family.
"He said, 'Tony, I'm gonna r*pe your wife, I'm gonna r*pe all of your grandchildren,' and he said, 'The next time you go out of town, I'm gonna kill them, and what the F are you going to do about it?" Spell said.
The neighbors, the Sherwin family, claim Spell is not telling the truth, but during a press conference, Spell was backed by members of his church who say they've made multiple complaints about the Sherwin family to police.
Spell's attorney says the Sherwin family has "a large, industrial-scale camera that could see from across the street all the way into the pulpit."
Spell was hit with multiple misdemeanor summonses in 2020 during the COVID lockdowns when he refused to close his church.
"The Central City police are friends with these folks across the street. When Pastor Spell was being surveilled 24/7, it was with the help of the man across the street," Spell's lawyer said.
The pastor was reportedly arrested and booked for second-degree battery.
