The "SHOOT" mechanic in Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation should become a series staple. Maybe it shouldn't be the default missile performance, but as a miscellaneous part under customization that can alter the behavior of the standard missiles. #acecombat#acecombat8
@RubyofBlue It needs to be delayed. There's no chance they'll be able to fix everything in a month unless the build that influencers played was like 6 months old.
@Ace_Combat_Fan I'm not personally bothered because I fly the F-14 80% of the time and I'll play the game a couple dozen times over the coming years, but that will be off-putting to many of the more casual people who pick up the game and will only play it once or twice.
@HiddenXperia This is the kind of flabbergasted outrage I feel about the Forerunner architecture and materials in the remake. How did they take a step backwards, instead of a step forward, from Infinite in this area when it was one of the most praised aspects of infinite?
@MetaDemonReal@LateNightHalo I really doubt they plan on doing much outside of minor bugfixes after release. They didn't even think to give us a Skull to add health packs. Which is another feature the Reach engine supports.
@Mr_Rebs_ You know, I'm not upset about the LASO achievement thing. If you're actually turning all the Skulls on in the remake, you're probably going to record it because it's going to be that crazy.
@Wuphario It's fiction. There's always time to write. Tolkien could have written many things more realistically, but he didn't. That's what really resonates with me in writing.
@ZeldaDungeon It's a remaster. It runs on the same code and is essentially an extremely high quality graphics mod with a few other minor things thrown in. Remakes usually run on totally new or very heavily altered code. Remakes don't have to be a completely different experience either.
@Generalkidd The scan lines have to go. I was saying this way back in 2024 when everyone was getting overhyped. Not the biggest fan of the sounds in general.
@FoxyGrandpa My problem is that they're taking inspiration from Halo 4 and 5 when the vast majority of people hate most things about those games. They started going in right direction in Infinite, so bringing back the hated design language is bewildering, tone deaf, and possibly insufferable.
@UberNick I've always felt the Halo 3 Battle Rifle was the most balanced version of the weapon. It's not supposed to be consistent. When it is, it's damaging to the rest of the sandbox by rendering most of it redundant gimmicks.
