Uppdatering. Jag ringde dem. De sa att paketet kom in i deras system den 12, detta trots att etiketten skrevs ut och sattes på paketet den 9 på PostNords egen terminal. Leveranstiden räknas då från den 12, inte då den lämnades in. Vad hände med paketet under 2 dagar?
