New 2min video explains why #LifeSciences research is moving to the cloud and how Terra helps you focus on your science https://t.co/7TzUawkySP #Bioinformatics#CloudComputing
Learn how Terra meets the evolving security requirements of NIH's Genomic Data Sharing Policy, set to take effect by January 25, 2025: https://t.co/tRDcKszmlM
We went on to introduce them to cloud-based analytical platforms. We used the @broadinstitute's Viral NGS pipelines @TerraBioApp for quality control, demultiplexing, taxonomic classification and de-novo assembly. #Mpox
Starting today, @TerraBioApp is available for preview on @Azure. Terra on Azure is a secure biomedical research platform on Microsoft Azure that empowers researchers to achieve scientific discoveries. Learn how it works. https://t.co/RtdSYRU9KA
As part of the preview phase of Terra on Azure, we'll also make rapid iterative improvements to the user experience based on the feedback we receive, so don't hesitate to tell us how it's working for you.
Our goal is to sequence (and share) 4000+ brain genomes at NIH CARD. The data from the first batch (14 brains + 3 cell lines) is now being uploaded to Terra. We will share as soon as upload is finished - but do get in touch with us if you want the data sooner!
From high-throughput processing of exome data with GATK to variant analysis with seqr, this neurodevelopment study leveraged the cutting-edge infrastructure of @useAnVIL powered by Terra
