Legislators all work in the building with each other. They have access to each other constantly. It’s a PUBLIC hearing. Not a legislator hearing.

@ctblogger The R’s denial of funding these services is directly related to their politics and distaste in mental health support especially those related to the LGBTQ community. They don’t want queer kids of bigoted parents getting any support. And that’s just cruel. That’s the point.

@aelire16 @rebeccamakkai Depends on what I’m making. If we’re eating sushi, kids get chicken nuggets. If we’re eating shepherds pie, they eat that. They like it. You’ve got 2 options when your kids are picky. Quietly make 2 meals, 1 of which is generally easy. Or fight with your kids. It’s a no brainer.
