@KetoCarnivore And no mention of the type of oil the drying was done in. US fried potatoes is prob French fries deep fried in week old soybean oil. Chinese fried potatoes are probably stir fried in lard I’m guessing.
@fire_bottle Indeed I never liked pork as a menu item. But this is a step above, not like stupid other-white-meat-supermarket pork at all! It has flavor!
@nicknorwitz Just yesterday I showed my 12 yr old the label on her pretzels, not to convince her what to eat, but so that she would at least understand what she was getting /not getting from what she was eating. I agree the labels are terrible but at least it’s something.
