Bola Tinubu’s desperation and fear are so obvious, even the blind can see them. Petrol discounts suddenly appearing just months before an election? Nigerians are not fools. He will fail, and Nigerians will have the final say in 2027! 🗳️🔥
Nigeria will be OK.
The most dangerous thing for any ruling party is to become so afraid of the people's votes that it starts treating elections like a threat, If the APC truly has the support it claims, it should have nothing to fear from a free and fair elections come 2027— Pat Utomi
Update: A new court document filed yesterday in the federal case concerning Nigerian President Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT) cites criminal proceedings and public reports concerning allegations that Tinubu's administration's D.C. representatives (DCI Group) was connected to an alleged hacking operation targeting American activists and involving stolen information used to discredit critics. Does this sound familiar?
The disclosures warrant closer examination in light of our separate federal lawsuit against President Bola #Tinubu, Ambassador Fani-Kayode, and DCI Group, which alleges a campaign of defamatory attacks followed by statements we interpreted as threats of kidnapping, physical harm, referral to Nigerian security agencies, and extradition.
We believe these circumstances raise serious questions about American sovereignty, foreign interference, and potential transnational repression. The abduction and murder of Jamal #Khashoggi shows how far a foreign government may go to silence critics. We are taking nothing for granted. Stand by for our next course of action.

MY VISIT TO THE MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA
Today, I honoured the invitation of the newly inaugurated President of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), Dr. Eric Okoye, and other former Presidents of the Association to attend his inauguration ceremony at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos.
On the sidelines of the event, I interacted with the new President and members of MAN and reiterated the enormous potential of Nigeria’s manufacturing sector.
With the right government policies, an enabling business environment, and stronger collaboration between the public and private sectors, Nigeria can significantly increase the contribution of manufacturing to our GDP.
Manufacturing currently contributes about 7.5% of Nigeria’s GDP, compared with about 14% in Egypt, 15% in Morocco, 25% in Vietnam, 19% in Indonesia, and 20% in Bangladesh
We must therefore deliberately move from a consumption-driven economy to a productive economy, one that produces, creates jobs, adds value and competes successfully in the global market.
A stronger manufacturing sector will expand employment opportunities, strengthen our productive capacity, reduce our dependence on imports, increase exports, and improve the standard of living of our people.
I congratulate the new President and his team and wish them a successful and productive tenure. I look forward to continued engagement with the manufacturing sector as we work towards building a more productive and prosperous Nigeria.
A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
Do you know Nigeria signed a 5-year health deal with the US involving nearly $2.1B in US grants and $3B in Nigerian funding? Do you know the specimen deal requires samples and sequencing data within 5 days of a US request? Ghana rejected similar terms. Nigerians deserve answers, not blind trust.
WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!!
This is a Commander in Chief in waiting. Peter Obi is highly presidential; the cap actually fits.
Tinubu did not visit Ondo State.
He did not visit Yelwata in Benue.
He went to Jos, & stopped at the airport.
Nigeria is probably the only place without any type of love or empathy; where a disaster strikes, & the president fails to visit the site or the families of the bereaved to provide closure.
Presidential love & empathy ended in 2015.
The president of Nigeria is not busy; he has too much time on his hands to gallivant, sleep, & watch cartoons. You have a Paul Biya in France; a vegetable— another absentee president.
While this gesture from Okwute is irregular in Nigeria, it is highly presidential. BAT has never attended any funeral held in honor of Nigerian service personnel who died in active duty.
He missed the burials of Generals Oseni O. Braimah & Musa Uba. Donald Trump wouldn’t do that; in fact, he would be front & center.
Other presidents around the world hold media chats & visit troubled states. George Bush was on the ground in New Orleans in 2005 to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. He made multiple trips to the South immediately following the storm, & during subsequent anniversaries. Bush was also there after 9/11.
He visited Ground Zero three days later on September 14, 2001. During his first term (2017–2021), Donald Trump presided over several major & devastating hurricanes.
He visited Texas immediately after Hurricane Harvey made landfall in 2017, & traveled to Corpus Christi & Austin four days later. Trump followed this up with a second trip to Houston on September 2, 2017. He was in Florida after Hurricane Irma struck. He was in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria made landfall as well.
Trump would have been the first to visit bereaved Air Force families. He would have marshaled the entire U.S military to their plight.
Presidents who are presidential are committed to nation-building. They try to give hope & reassurances to the people after each disaster.
So, when people ask, “What will Peter Obi do differently?”, can you not see that the man is presidential? Although Bola Tinubu is the one presiding, Okwute is the one Nigerians actually look up to. And where is Bola? Where is he?
If Nigeria lay on tectonic plates where solar flares, tsunamis, wildfires, typhoons, winter storms, volcanoes, hurricanes, & earthquakes were active, your president would abandon you for France. Bayo Onanuga will tweet from Paris.
Can you see the job of a Commander-in-Chief?
“God punish Tinubu,we are coming for him. I no dey fear show my face, when I dey talk am, make he come find me na Port-harcourt
I dey.”
-Nigerians reacts to Tinubu’s Presidency in Rivers State.
So kidnappers collected ransom from each family members. The kidnappers further told them to convert the money to dollars and it was transported to the kidnappers.
I am shocked Gov uzodinma is acting like the hero when ransome was paid.
Government failed
My APC WhatsApp mole just informed me that they’re being briefed to flood social media tomorrow with a campaign around Tinubu’s return of fuel subsidy through the back door, following Peter Obi’s massive BBC interview.
Months back Atiku Promised to remove Subsidy and The presidency didn't even bat an eyelid.
Obi just said similar thing and Presidency is running from pillar to post explaining what nobody asked them.

Nigerians Must Not Be Deceived: Bola Tinubu’s Reforms Bring Pain while His Government Spends Lavishly
By Omotayo Williams
Bola Ahmed Tinubu cannot continue to tell Nigerians that his reforms are painful and demand patience while government spending raises serious questions about priorities and accountability.
Millions of Nigerians are struggling to afford food, transportation, healthcare and education. Yet, controversial spending under this administration and its public institutions includes:
1. N5.095 billion - Presidential yacht proposal in the 2023 supplementary budget.
2. N1.5 billion - Vehicles for the Office of the First Lady.
3. N5.8 billion - State House vehicle procurement in the 2023 supplementary budget.
4. N4 billion - Renovation of the President’s residential quarters.
5. N3billion - Renovation of the Vice-President’s Lagos residence.
5. Approximately US$100 million - Acquisition of a customised presidential Airbus A330.
6. N11.23 billion - State House vehicle procurement in the 2026 budget proposal.
7. N8.48 billion - State House office-building repairs in the 2026 budget proposal.
8. N7 billion - Solar mini-grid for the Presidential Villa.
9. N2.42 billion - Wildlife conservation allocation for the State House in the 2026 budget.
10. N110 billion - National Assembly vehicle and support allowance schemes, reportedly declared unlawful by a Federal High Court in 2026.
The fundamental question is this: who is bearing the pain of Tinubu’s reforms?
Nigerians are sacrificing their livelihoods while public spending continues to attract controversy. Economic reforms must deliver measurable improvements in living standards, not endless hardship and appeals for patience.
Bola Tinubu must demonstrate fiscal discipline, transparency and accountability. Nigerians deserve results, not excuses; responsible leadership, not questionable spending priorities.
The patience of Nigerians must never be mistaken for permission to govern without accountability.
Signed,
Omotayo Williams
