Tesla has just officially confirmed that the driver of the Model 3 that crashed into a home in Texas manually overrode the vehicle's self-driving system by pressing the accelerator pedal.

The vehicle struck the home at 73 mph. A lot of mainstream media wrongly mislead people into thinking that it was the vehicles fault.

With New Glenn now facing a potentially lengthy delay after the LC-36 explosion, how much does this impact NASA’s long-term Artemis architecture?

Does this simply increase reliance on SpaceX, or does it meaningfully affect lunar cargo, Blue Moon development, and plans for a sustained presence on the Moon?
