A lot of people who know nothing about Teslas still hold strong negative views: too expensive, battery fires, charging waits, self-driving fears, unreliable, virtue signaling, etc.
Even riding in one often doesn’t change their mind. Elon’s polarizing image makes it worse.
Tesla doesn’t need to fight these perceptions, but actively addressing them on a much larger scale — beyond Elon and employees making random X posts — would help move things along faster.

This is the car Apple would have built — beautiful, over-engineered, and priced so high to get their Apple-like margins that it would have ultimately failed in the market.
Ferrari should have partnered with Tesla to integrate Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology. Given Ferrari’s low production volume, it actually would have been worth it for Tesla.

@SawyerMerritt @Tesla Interesting as in the handful of times that I've tried it, the car has stopped and we've had to walk to get it. I can recall at least 3-4 times out of 10-15 times trying. Hopefully, it'll be better on this version. Thanks.

@jules950215 @chamath Driving a Tesla has been the most fun experience compared to any car I've ever owned. Having the option for the car to drive for me puts it in a category that most other cars cannot touch.
