@5up34myst3r10u5 @RoborosewaterM that's actually not how that works. there are no state-based actions that remove cards from the battlefield for not having permanent types. in fact there are ways to cause cards in play to not have any permanent types, and then it's just sitting in play as a typeless permanent.

But that is where the silver border comes in. Think of it like an acorn stamp that is easier to notice at first glance.

@RickyRister @RoborosewaterM @WillWeaverRVA this effect is actually weaker most of the time, there are very few ways to force your opponent to cast a spell, but a multitude of ways to prevent you from losing the game. so there are many scenarios where a player could cast an artifact even with this in play.
