I call on Ndigbo to attend this event which holds today in Umuahia. General Aguiyi Ironsi is a true hero who was murdered in cold blood by those he trusted. He was the most decorated Army officer to date, as no other officer has even come close to beating his record.
We’re going to bring this heroic young man, and his family, into the White House with, perhaps, the boy he saved, to give him a High Civilian Honor. Very brave, he deserves it! President DONALD J. TRUMP

STATEMENT FROM THE COORDINATOR OF COORDINATORS (COC)
INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA (IPOB)
24 June 2026
Fellow Coordinators,
Unit Coordinators, Zonal Coordinators, State Coordinators, Regional Coordinators, Continental Representatives, and the entire IPOB family worldwide,
I greet you all in the name of our Supreme Leader, Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The 4th Administration of the Directorate of State, under the leadership of Mazi Chris Nwaọgụ, has one clear and overriding mission: to unite every IPOB family under one umbrella. The era of fragmentation, unnecessary quarrels, and division must come to an end. Our task is to restore the unity, discipline, focus, and collective strength that made IPOB the most formidable self-determination movement in the world.
To this end, every Coordinator—from the grassroots Unit Coordinators to the Continental Representatives—is hereby directed to be fully engaged in the work of reconciliation and rebuilding. We must actively bridge divisions, heal old wounds, and bring every genuine Biafran back into the fold.
Every affiliate or group that drifted away from IPOB is encouraged to return home. With the exception of the ten individuals who have already been expelled by the Supreme Leader, the doors of IPOB remain open to all who genuinely wish to work for the restoration of Biafra.
Let it also be clearly understood that there is no longer any basis for the divisions that emerged in recent years. There is no Autopilot and there is no self-declared government of any kind. We all originated from IPOB, and IPOB remains the recognized platform through which our people continue the struggle for self-determination.
The Government of Biafra will be elected by the people of Biafra at the appropriate time. It cannot be created by individuals appointing themselves to state offices from their homes. Such actions only create confusion and bring our noble quest into disrepute. The time has come to forgive, forget, and move forward together. We must not allow personal disagreements to stand in the way of our collective destiny.
The atmosphere of suspicion, blackmail, false allegations, malicious propaganda, gossip, and intimidation that contributed to division within our ranks must now give way to mutual respect, openness, and brotherhood. We are entering a new chapter focused on healing, rebuilding, and strengthening the movement.
During this transition period, any Coordinator or family member seeking clarification, guidance, or direction should communicate through the proper chain of command and, where necessary, contact their respective Continental Representative. Do not rely on rumours, speculation, or social media gossip. Always seek official guidance through established IPOB channels.
IPOB remains the preeminent peaceful mass movement on earth. It is our collective responsibility to restore the organisation to its former glory—strong, united, disciplined, and focused. We must support every Coordinator from the grassroots level upwards and ensure that every structure of the movement functions effectively.
Above all, we must continue to support the Eastern Security Network (ESN) in its duty to defend our land and our people against criminality and insecurity. A secure homeland remains essential to the future we seek to build.
Our destination is near. Freedom is within touching distance. With Almighty God on our side and with the vision of our Supreme Leader guiding us, victory is assured.
Let us rise as one.
Let us work as one.
Let us win as one.
BIAFRA OR DEATH!
SHALOM!
Signed:
