Then the statistics become self-reinforcing because "of course that neighborhood needs policing, look at that crime rate!" Meanwhile some neighborhoods smell like weed 24/7 and it's like an unenforced law, for example in student housing.

We hired a marketing co. to put together three word slogans to replace policy (Lock Her Up, Built The Wall, Stop the Steal, etc) and they ran the flailing country fully into the ground. I don't trust govt, but I trust the insurrectionists even less so.
