@Charlie70356621 I need to look into this legal lawsuit more but looks like a overreaction, we saw the same with did we not where it went right down to 520 to only go back up to 600 2 weeks later same with Hims it went to 24 once the FTC lawsuit was announced to go to 30 , 3 weeks later

$AMD TO ACQUIRE WORLD LABS IN $8.2B ALL-STOCK DEAL

AMD is buying Fei-Fei Li’s AI research lab World Labs, which builds spatial-intelligence models that generate, reconstruct and simulate interactive 3D environments from text, images and video.

The deal brings World Labs’ model research directly inside AMD as it pushes deeper into reasoning, robotics, simulation and physical AI.

Fei-Fei Li will join AMD as EVP and Chief Scientist, reporting directly to Lisa Su.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026.
