@Delta please explain to me why our flight was delayed 2 hours and then we pushback, get to the runway, and turn around to retrieve a passenger’s jacket that he left behind at Gate 92 at LGA? This was on flight 5651 from LGA to DCA. Completely unacceptable.

@Delta gotta love when your flight from LGA to DCA is delayed by 2 hours and then you get all the way out to the runway to be told we’re turning around because a passenger left a jacket at the gate. DL 5651 now 3 hours behind schedule and still on the ground in NY. Unacceptable.
