If you struggle with talking to a camera, try this:

1. Set up your camera.
2. Make sure you’re in frame.
3. Set a timer for 15 minutes.
4. Talk to the lens like it’s your best friend. Don’t try to make sense, say whatever comes to mind and suspend your own judgement
5. Repeat

Open an image and long tap on the main subject. A shimmer will appear, and you can click "Copy". You can now paste the image elsewhere.
