@hareandhounds @MoseleyHeathWMP I’ve also seen this guy driving around like a lunatic on multiple occasions. Once he revved up his car, waking up a sleeping baby and sped off. Then did it again 10 minutes later. Only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured.
