I think all Indian carriers @airindia @airvistara @IndiGo6E @AkasaAir must take a leaf out of the apps of @AmericanAir and @Delta. Great interface. Highly intuitive. Very helpful. Lots of information. Step by step, bag tracking. A simple example. I log in once after that don’t need to keep entering PNR to retrieve my bookings, check in, or get my boarding pass in two versions. Considering India writes software for the world, surely better apps can be written. One thing US carriers do is engage with their frequent fliers and get them to design features for their app along with feedback.

Reaching out to @Delta’s representative is so difficult. I reached out through their messaging system and after talking to its virtual assistant briefly, it now wants me to wait for 336 minutes. 🤦‍♂️
This wait is insane. Wonder what is going on at #Delta
