@Ryanair Hi, I bought flights yesterday for my husband and I but mistakenly purchased 2 x 20kg luggage both ways (I didn't see an option for selecting them individually) - we only need one suitcase both ways - am I able to get a refund for the other? Thanks!
@SouthernRailUK Thanks, I'm aware of this but GWR were saying the discount should only be applied on one passenger and that £58.10 was correct, which was very confusing! Thanks for your help
@SouthernRailUK Hi, trying to use an eVoucher on the payment page under the "Pay by card and/or eVoucher" section but can't seem to see a field to enter my code?
@_Railcards Hi I'm getting 2 conflicting pieces of advice from GWR & Southern regarding my Network Railcard when purchasing tickets for 2 adults. GWR apply the discount automatically on 1 ticket, whereas Southern apply it on both, so the latter is cheaper - which is correct?
@GWRHelp Hi, I was issued an e-voucher by GWR which I'd like to use on a Southern Rail journey. I cannot use it on the Southern website so I'm buying my tickets from GWR - however the price is considerably more on GWR. Is this normal?

@GWRHelp Thanks for checking. So if I was to purchase the tickets from Southern as normal without the e-voucher, I would have been issued with the incorrect ticket for the second passenger?
@GWRHelp Hi, it's 2 x adult return tickets with 1 x network rail card. Clapham Junction to Arundel 11:55 on 07/04/2018 and returning the next day. On Southern the total is £46.20, on GWR the same tickets are £58.10
