@PaulLigas It over proved ie spent too long rising and exceeded the low elastic limit of spelt flour. A problem easily resolved by hand making or with a machine that has a spelt setting- if that exists. Otherwise, fill top with whipped cream and chocolate spread 🤓
I just signed @ClientEarth’s petition calling on the new UK gov to ban all fossil fuel advertising unless it comes with a warning. Will you add your name too? It’s time fossil fuel companies told #TheWholeTruth https://t.co/8k5VQkxeuR https://t.co/nuf8yfF7Gq
This is BRILLIANT!
“It means you spend a lot of money now for a very short-term benefit."
“I guess for $300 billion dollars we were hoping for something a little more dramatic.”

Those are the stakes of this moment.
BBC Radio wanted to have me on today to debate a climate-denier in the context of the drought/heatwave.
I said NO.
I told them it was a disgrace that they still give climate-deniers airtime at a time like this.
I won’t be part of such charades any longer.
