if you join a startup and everything looks like a mess, what's not useful is pointing out all of the messes as if the very smart people who joined before you don't see them. 9/10 they do.
@JackRubin1 Great thread. I was just thinking through cadence today. When would you ask and measure for NPS? I’m worried to send our customer too many communications at once.
@alexisohanian Sumproduct. More powerful than any index match / vlookup, etc. if used correctly can extract info in any direction given specific variables
