@ARITZIA All I asked @Aritzia was : did anyone return this package to you? Was it returned by a neighbor? A simple investigation. They couldn’t even do that. Just copy pasted the same response over and over.
@ARITZIA I didn’t ask @Aritzia for a refund. I didn’t ask for a replacement. I just asked them to INVESTIGATE what happened to my order. They couldn’t even do that. 🙂
@ARITZIA The kicker? A huge chunk was paid with Aritzia gift cards so I can’t even do a full chargeback. They essentially have my money and I have nothing
I placed an order for >$500 with @Aritzia. DHL delivered it and just left it in an unsecured location with no signature required. Package was gone. 🙂

Over a year later, those same shifts are now being filled via other HCPs.
Meanwhile, my GP colleagues are unemployed -call it what you want, but doctors have clearly been substituted.
I didn’t realise how normalised the mistreatment of doctors in the NHS had become until I left. Life on the other side has been lighter, healthier, and frankly… better.
@SoEnergyUK Still waiting for my refund after 18 emails and 0 responses starting from March 3rd. It’s now April 15. If you’ve been ignoring me since March 3rd and blaming “high contact volume,” then you’re probably 6+ weeks behind on customer support which is not true probably

@Marciathewriter@SoEnergyUK They did the same with me when my account was in credit. Then when I left they kept sending threatening messages telling me to pay my last bill when my account was in credit. I sent them 15 emails to get them to understand according to their statement my account is in credit 🙃
