Most solopreneurs fail to cut their working hours because they try to automate 100% of their business.
The result? A fragile, robotic spam machine that breaks under pressure.
If you want to scale a 1-person business and cut your work hours in half this month, you must master the 70/30 Time Asymmetry Matrix.
Stop guessing where to put your energy and map your tasks right now:
🧠 The 30% Human Strategy Zone (Low Friction / High Leverage)
• Your core positioning, offer mapping, and direct relationship building.
• The Rule: Protect this zone with your life. If an AI tool does 100% of your thinking, you don't own a business.
🤖 The 70% Claude Co-Pilot Zone (High Friction / High Leverage)
• Complex dashboard prototyping, building custom micro-tools, and deep copywriting variations.
• The Rule: Feed raw logic to Claude Artifacts. Let AI handle 70% of the grueling design and code framework; you step in only to edit and refine.
⚙️ The 100% Systemize Zone (High Friction / Low Leverage)
• Repetitive CRM data-syncing, invoice routing, and formatting.
• The Rule: Eliminate human touch entirely. Hand off these workflows completely to linear API loops like Make or Zapier.
Check out the operational quadrant map below. If you want to drop your work week to 20 hours, you need to transition your tasks into the right-hand column immediately.
Drop your biggest time-wasting operational bottleneck in the replies and I will map out your automation fix.

Happy Father’s Day who not only cares and love their own but also took the responsibility of someone else’s kid to love and care for. Here’s to all you Father’s, Dads, Pops who held it down. HAPPY FATHERS DAY! Tag a father below or give thanks to your greatest inspiration below. 👇
@GretchenPSmith Can’t wait for AI robots to take my order and then bring my food to the table without a bad attitude or thinking I’m their ticket to freedom. It’s coming people.
Back in the 70’s and 80’s it was a whole other kind of people that we would tip. You walk into a hotel, you would give the valet a couple bucks, you would give the bellman a couple bucks, you go to a show you give the maître d’ a tip and you know what nobody complained like these snowflakes. And yes, I live in Vegas but since turned corporate and now the hotels automatically charge you $25 a day to park, $25 to valet the tipping industry has gone to hell. Just because you are a waiter or waitress doesn’t mean automatically someone is going to leave you 20% on that bill. If they do, great. But the entitlement of these workers has gotten out of hand and their panties in a bunch. You are bringing out a plate, glass, bread, drinks etc…should it matter the price of the ticket, the time you spend there, the friendly service or what the individual thinks he should leave? In closing 90% of people have no idea what TIPS even mean? One last thing, when you stay at a hotel do you leave a Tip to the maid who just cleaned your room based on the price of the room or leave a $10? $5? $1? Meaning of TIPS, To Insure Proper Service!! Raise your hand if you were today’s year old The meaning? So don’t come at me telling me what I should or shouldn’t eat, tip or stay!!
💥 The Top News: Anthropic Drops Claude Fable 5
Anthropic just unexpectedly released Claude Fable 5, pulling their heavily discussed "Mythos" core architecture out of closed preview and launching it directly to the public.
•The Capabilities: Notable AI researchers testing the model report that Fable 5 completely outperforms existing public models. It features massive agentic capabilities, working up to 12 hours autonomously to execute multi-page development specifications and spin up fully functional applications from single prompts.
•The Guardrails: Because Anthropic recently warned about escalating safety risks in frontier systems, Fable 5 features strict built-in blockades. If users push it into high-risk domains like biochemistry or exploitation, the model immediately shuts down the generation and falls back to Claude Opus 4.8.
•The Valuation Surge: This massive drop lands immediately following Anthropic's confidential filing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), following a staggering $65 billion funding round that valued the company near $1 trillion. [1, 2]
The AI space just shifted permanently, and 99% of people are staring at the wrong headlines.
Within the last 48 hours, Anthropic and OpenAI both filed for their IPOs. At the exact same time, Apple dropped an AI upgrade that lets users build multi-app workflows natively using a single prompt.
The message from the top is loud and clear:
• The era of conversational chatbots is winding down
• The era of autonomous, programmatic AI agents is officially here
• The operating line between technical developer and non-technical operator is gone
If your business infrastructure still relies on team members manually clicking through software interfaces, you are running on legacy fuel. The infrastructure layer of the internet is being completely rewired to run on autonomous execution loops.
You can keep trying to outwork systems that scale for fractions of a cent, or you can build the machine.
