Be warned fellow travelers, even if you establish their highest status (Lvl 3 Genius), they'll provide no assistance when a hotel is being dishonest. Sophia Oia View in #Santorini even deleted their message that admitted it

We booked a specific room at Sophia Oia View hotel and got taken to a completely different property in a room that's not even close to the booking.

@bookingcom Your 'customer disservice ' department has all of the information - they made it clear you weren't going to do anything for 48 hours. It's far too late to salvage the wreckage you created

@bookingcom At this point, I just want to warn others that @bookingcom allows hotels to misrepresent what is being booked and will do nothing to help their customers, even when it's clearly a bait and switch situation.
