Got it, but I still think the social distinction is just an excuse to do the same thing as on the X-axis: intervene in the market. Take compulsory education as a "social" axis topic. A left-winger would place it on the Y-axis. I say its still the same thing, market intervention because a central power decides with my money and workforce how to educate my child or other children.
