@repkord @E3DOnline Similar build to hermera as well. They are very very thin by design. And being as thin as they are once they have a bend they are stupid easy to break. usually not an issue as you should not run into the print. I suspect the print failure happened first then the nozzle broke.

@greghuber So much this. The guy doing the lambo has been doing it so long all the tech and quality has changed. So some of the car has been done 3 and 4 times as he has been doing it.

@abbymath @reprinted3D It’s partially clogged probably carbon or junk it’s not impossible to have particulate in filament either. Replace it with a fresh one.

But feel like as a community people who design would jump at a chance to tackle design challenges for this.
