while her patient was asleep and forced to speak with UnitedHealthcare who tries to cancel patients inpatient stay after surgery who has CANCER

“I've never had this happen before. But during the second deep, I had a phone call into the operating room saying that UnitedHealthcare wanted me to call them about one of the patients who was having surgery”

United needs to unhand some of the gates @DENAirport and give them to American. At 8am, B Terminal felt like a ghost town with empty gate after empty gate. C Terminal was stretched at the seams and I never want to experience 4 gate chaos ever again.

Snow, ice, slush. Uphill. No spikes or poles. Got to the summit and took a rock nap. It was only 6 miles RT but absolutely brutal on the body. There's a candle burning, lights are on, my phone is MIA and I have no will left in my body. Send help.
