I can't stress enough how important it is to be patient, understanding, and gentle towards children and teenagers, ESPECIALLY autistic ones. It doesn't matter how 'annoying' they are. That is a person who is learning how to navigate the world, who doesn't understand a lot about social cues and who needs guidance, not being humiliated and belittled. It's on us as adults to protect the future generations and to lead with good examples. Just because we're using cute anime avatars doesn't mean that our actions are free of consequence, or that we need to act immaturely.
