Democrat cities in those states are the reason red states are the highest. In 2021, MS had a total of 315 murders. 155 of those murders happened in Jackson, a city of 163,000. A city w/ 5% of the pop. committed 50% of murders

This entire discussion is about people breaking existing gun laws, which is why guns coming in from out of state is irrelevant.
