They are saying the units are too small Not our fault We did'nt build them We are paying the rent asked for but a big part of their reason to what they call rejuvenate is pointed at the small retailer

They are parting blame on the small retailers on the upper levels saying they are underperforming

The unfortunate truth is the property had changed hands 3 times in the past 10 years or so. During which time undesisiveness has left hard working retailers not knowing what the plan of action is, so they move on
