What a convenient democracy!

If a manipulated mandate can produce a full fledged government, what remains of electoral legitimacy? By this logic, the present State Government should be treated as INTERIM. The SC must restore the previous elected government in West Bengal and direct fresh elections within six months, ensuring that every eligible voter wrongfully excluded from the electoral rolls is reinstated.

Otherwise, the only thing LOGICAL about this reasoning is how conveniently it overlooks the DISCREPANCIES.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आयोग शायद यह कहना चाहता है कि एक OTP बचाने के लिए ऑनलाइन दो सवालों को एक साथ जोड़ दिया गया या एक जगह कर दिया गया!

यानि क्या “OTP बचत योजना” चल रही थी?

अभी भी इसका जवाब नहीं मिला है कि जो अलग से घोषणापत्र था, वैध था या नहीं !!

अभी भी आयोग ने यह नहीं बताया है कि ऑनलाइन फॉर्म 6 के साथ जो तीन सवाल रखे गए, उसकी मंजूरी किसने दी, कब दी?

सवाल ये है कि क्या हलफ़नामा देकर भी चुनाव आयोग सच बोल रहा है या सुप्रीम कोर्ट को झांसा देने की कोशिश कर रहा है?

Two Muslim cattle traders, Abid Qureshi and Hasan Qureshi, were allegedly dragged from their pickup truck, tied with ropes and beaten with sticks and bats by a mob in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. The attackers reportedly accused them of being “cattle thieves” and “cow killers,” while the victims alleged they were forced to make statements on camera during the assault.

The victims have accused Bajrang Dal workers of orchestrating the attack. Two men were reportedly critically injured. The circumstances of the assault, the allegations against those named and any police action should be confirmed through official statements before publication.
