KWALE, KENYA
Today, I had the privilege of addressing the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) delegates in Kwale County, warmly hosted by veteran statesman Ambassador Chirau Ali Mwakwere.
The voice of the Coastal people is clear and non-negotiable: historical land injustices, economic marginalization, and youth unemployment must end. Local resources must directly benefit host communities, and power must return to the people through true devolution.
To achieve this, Opposition Unity is paramount. The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) is fully committed to building a formidable, united political front to rescue our country, safeguard our Constitution, and defend our hard-won democratic gains.
In that spirit, we unequivocally reject the state's controversial Election Results Transmission Bill. This regressive, impunity-driven legislation is a blatant attempt to subvert the sovereign will of the Kenyan people and steal future elections.
Let the Executive hear this clearly: We will fight this rollout by all legal and political means. If the President attempts to assent to or enforce this anti-democratic bill, I will personally move to court, both as a petitioner and as an Advocate of the High Court to challenge this illegality until justice prevails and electoral integrity is guaranteed.
We stand united. We stand resolute. We will defend our democracy!

Today is my last day in office. I thank the Almighty God for fighting my battles and guiding me to this moment. Thank you Kenyans for the opportunity to serve. God bless Kenya.
Should the divergent views be given a hearing to incorporate every idea or are the #BBIReggae tunes already blaring to loud accommodate new ideas?
