@WalmartCanada That's the problem... There was no confirmation email and searches based on my email turn up nothing. I've sent screen captures of the charges, but your team refuse to search by credit card.

Terrible service from @WalmartCanada was lucky enough to get a #PS5 but didn't screenshot the order number. Credit card charged, they can't "find" the order and won't refund the $$. 8 calls to cust.serv. and 9 hrs on hold for nothing.

Wow! @BestBuy has no chat agents available and a 2 hour hold time... glad they have the call back option, but they need to hire some more agents it seems.
