Yesterday was one of those pastoral days where, on the way to celebrate a couple's 65th wedding anniversary, we ministered to a wife whose husband of over 50 years was living his final earthly day. Both couples are much loved.

@Protestia Assuming this pastor can "know" a "normal" amount of "names," It means more pastors are needed. The wisdom of plurality applies exactly at this point of tension.
@williamwolfe Show me podcasters who are slugging it out in the pastoral trenches of visiting their grieving, suffering, conflicting, marrying and burying members and maybe I'll be more impressed with podcasters over faithful pastors. Anyone can buy a microphone and scream.
