@Zipcar do you still clean the vehicles or is that only in gentrified neighborhoods? This car smells like weed, beer and cigarettes. No windshield wiper fluid and the amount of dust inside is appalling. Clearly you’re not concerned about COVID or your customers!

@Zipcar Sure will. It was more than the previous user. This vehicle hasn’t been cleaned in at least 6 months. It snowed 2 weeks ago and you can tell by the outside of the vehicles that it’s been longer than that since it was washed.
