@DrAditya2935 In my MBBS, instead of being harsh to juniors, I tried to befriend them with kindness. The experience has been so far really rewarding and I have made some very good friends in my junior batches.

Whenever I have been to a cafeteria or canteen, with a senior, my bill was taken care of every single time.
Once I tried to pay and got a friendly scolding from the senior.
