My best rendition of a black rice dish so far.

Seasoned oil in a pan with fresh ginger, soya, chilli, Sriracha sauces.
Added finely chopped veggies. Stir for a minute.
Added pre-boiled black rice. Add Himalayan pink salt, sesame seeds, dried Jap seaweed, white pepper.
