The Big One's queue has closed at 6:30pm today despite being advertised as 7pm all day, very confused by the opening hours at @Pleasure_Beach at the moment. Rides opening late and closing early all over when the park is heaving. #pleasurebeach #blackpool

Unfortunately Flying Machines is the only ride to have opened on time @Pleasure_Beach. Nickelodeon Streak and Ice Blast are opening at 11am despite the park being very busy.

The Big One station has a Demag system that allows trains to be stacked on top of the other.

There are 3 levels - station, maintenance and pit.

The Demag is powered by four motors.

The system allows for station building to have a tiny footprint.
