1. Your strengths, and
2. leverage.

By having more ICs and then helping them get more done, you'll achieve more than what you would do on your own.

@SianSimpson I'm not sure it's a lack of early capital. It's more a lack of experience/smarts/advice to go with the capital, and then bad terms inc. valuations on top of that. Unfortunately it's still more beneficial to look across the ditch or further afield
