@xBalaamsAssx@BrysonGray Then why did he perform miracles according to Luke. And why did Peter say his words were scripture.
You are not a christian Balaam, but a Judaizer
@xBalaamsAssx@deplorable2025@ps119ps Paul spoke of the eternal covenant that come before the law of Moses and has always been. It’s you Balaam overiding the Messiah and creator.
@ps119ps@deplorable2025@xBalaamsAssx They tolerated the Holy Spirit?, who Luke writes was the One who set him apart. They tolerated his words? Which Peter said was scripture. They tolerated his wisdom? Which Peter said was given to him by God.
You are no christian if you believe that.
Peter backed up Paul by calling his words scripture and as having a wisdom from God. Luke writes that the Holy Spirit said to separate him and Barnabas for a special calling. Jesus said at the last supper that he had much more to say and would do it through the Holy Spirit. So yes , the risen Jesus's words came through Paul. Saying that Paul a false prophet on par with Joseph Smith is an incredible indictment that shows your lack of understanding of the gospel.
@BrysonGray The word “obey” here is not bare commandment-keeping. In Hebrews, to obey Christ means to respond to Him in faith, because the opposite of obedience in Hebrews is repeatedly unbelief.
Hebrews says Israel failed to enter because of disobedience.
