Again, only Arlington county gets to hold one over the rest of Commonwealth. They said no to the fake commission in 2020 (vote to keep leg control) and yes in 2026 (vote to temporarily restore leg control).

If you were gonna vote in both, only way to go. And they're the only ones who went that way.

But once pay, its very hard to retroactively undo that.

Despite what FCC said, they have no way to legally demand the money. Only the DOJ can take companies to court for it
