@SouthwestAir not only did Joseph never bother to greet me, he decided I was unwilling/unable to pay $75 for a pet crate I was entitled to check with the pet fair of $95. He shouted at me at baggage claim that I was trying to "Game the System" and he was "not going to allow it".

@covesmart has been RIDICULOUS to deal with! Ordered in November, prompt shipping of a faulty system. Told to hold on to the old system until the new one arrived... it's almost February and no system! CSR have conflicting stories and none of them add up to home protection.
