Here's my story of how I changed my life for the better over the last 6 months. Thread below. 👇
Over the last 10 years I've hurt my lower back several times. Most likely due to weak core strength, lack of physical activity and sitting at a desk at work over the last 15 years.

I’m giving Democrats one more chance to support the popular SAVE America Act—the original bill passed by our colleagues in the House.
This time, I expect a majority of the Senate to vote for secure elections.
Can a mere handful of Democrats stand with us?
Ten? Five?
One?
🚨 BREAKING OVERNIGHT: The SAVE America Act GOT 50 VOTES thanks to Sen. Susan Collins voting in favor of Mike Lee's amendment
THEY JUST PROVED IT CAN GET 51 VOTES, with JD Vance as a tie-breaker!
This version of the bill still contains voter ID and proof of citizenship 🔥
But it needed 60.
SO NO MORE EXCUSES! Nuke the filibuster.
Lee says this is the HOUSE-passed version of SAVE America, which still secures our elections to a VERY strong degree.
I’m grateful for President Trump’s announcement today that provides significant federal funding for the coal industry in Kentucky. The President’s continued support of coal is a welcome contrast from the Obama-Biden years, when the federal government actively undermined the livelihood of thousands of miners and industry professionals. Those days are no longer. People across the country still depend on coal-fired power for reliable and affordable energy, and it still helps keep the lights on in Kentucky. Support for coal is critical to our nation’s security and the economic well-being of everyday Americans.
🚨 UNBELIEVABLE.
The Senate just REJECTED the SAVE America Act, a bill that would’ve required voter ID and proof of citizenship nationwide.
Vote: 48-50. It needed 60.
The Republicans who voted NO: Tillis, Murkowski, McConnell, and Collins.
With $QNT back in the spotlight here's a clip of CEO Gilbert Verdian explaining who @quantnetwork are!
Their new project Quant Fusion is now live on mainnet, we think this has a serious chance of major adoption based off them being one of crypto's most connected projects.
UK HM Treasury's now looking for a new CTO
No coincidence this timeline is aligning with:
• UK GBTD testing tokenized deposits
• Conclusion of Project Agora
• Conclusion of BoE Sync Lab
• RTGS fit to sync with DLT
The common thread?
$QNT & Gilbert clearly notices this🤫
The biggest signal we're taking away: the pilot era is ending.
Production is the next step, and @quantnetwork is built for it...

We went from waiting hours for a single frame to render, to rendering in real time, to generating content in real time.
But the most important thing hasn't changed: the story.
Technology will continue to evolve, but great storytelling will always matter more than the tools used to create it.
