If you're a business owner anywhere in Africa. Speak up and do something about the call that African migrant small businesses that are registered and legitimate must not be supported.
What's AfCFTA for if not for integration.
Take action!!!
Such an economically divisive pronouncement. A registered and legitimate business MUST be supported.
Next is CIPC should stop registering foreign-owned businesses.
AFRICANS MUST SUPPORT AFRICANS.
@asemota You will never understand the 40+ recommendation until you're 40+. It's not about joining 'politics. At 40+ you need a very broad, strong and influential network.

"When we invest in young people, we are investing in a future that carries both brilliance and compassion." @FabAcademic
There is only one way we are going to accelerate the race to net-zero in Africa, by supporting climate-tech, agri-tech, clean-tech and green economy startups. They must be at the centre of policies, key activities and finance. They are agile, smart and very courageous in their ambition. They are the real MVPs, turning ambition into action.
We are excited that the following South African startups will be presenting their business model and innovation during the Climate Innovation Showcase segment, at the Climate Action Initiative Summit:
Greenalot
Kheswa Agri-Consulting (Pty) Ltd
YelloWaste
Green Proteins

NASA just released one of the closest views of the Moon ever captured by the Artemis II mission.
This isn’t CGI — this is the real surface of our Moon, seen from incredibly low orbit.
Every crater, every shadow, every detail… exactly as it exists.
Hard to believe humans are this close again.
The South African laws are literally super racist, plain and simple.
It’s not complicated: imagine if the law was called “White Empowerment”, instead of “Black Empowerment”! People would have a seizure 😂
South Africa now has more anti-White laws than Apartheid had anti-Black laws. Think about that for a second …
The current South African government has objectively implemented Apartheid 2.0. Shame on them.
Artemis II pilot Victor Glover on his safe return:
"I wanted to thank God in public, and I want to thank God again, because even bigger than my challenge trying to describe what we went through, the gratitude of seeing what we saw, doing what we did, and being with who I was with, it's too big to just be in one body."
Welcome home Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy! 🫶
The Artemis II astronauts have splashed down at 8:07pm ET (0007 UTC April 11), bringing their historic 10-day mission around the Moon to an end.
The Artemis II crew had the rare chance to see a solar eclipse from space. 🚀🌘☀️
This video stitches together views from Orion's solar array wing cameras throughout the eclipse, showing the Sun as it disappears behind the Moon, revealing a glowing halo around the lunar disk.
It's not just a phase 🌕
Artemis II astronauts captured these views of the Moon as the Orion spacecraft flew around the far side of the Moon on April 6, 2026.
Hello, Moon. It’s great to be back.
Here’s a taste of what the Artemis II astronauts photographed during their flight around the Moon. Check out more photos from the mission: https://t.co/rzM1P0QbOl
"I would be disappointed if we didn't have a settlement on the moon and [are] building a manufacturing facility on the moon within 10 years. Hopefully half that.”
Before Mars, Elon Musk’s SpaceX is now betting on the Moon as a new hub of computing and space infrastructure.
SpaceX president and chief operating officer Gwynne Shotwell told TIME the company hopes to manufacture AI-powered satellites on the lunar surface, part of a broader plan to build data centers in space and partnership with NASA’s lunar Artemis program.
In 2021, NASA selected SpaceX to build Artemis’ so-called human landing system: the vehicle designed to land two astronauts on the Moon while two others remain in orbit aboard the Orion spacecraft. With the Artemis IV mission scheduled for 2028, SpaceX’s proposed solution Starship is still in testing.
