Still not set off off yet. Had little communication. First and last one was at 10.30 (30 mins after scheduled take off time) saying we’d set off at 10.45. Guess what? We’re still on the tarmac and no one has said anything.
@Pret you have some amazing staff. Jessica at the Reading train station branch was amazing when she helped me find my sons braces he’d left on a tray and were mistakenly thrown away.
@Tshilham @PongCheese Hi @Tshilham @PongCheese I'm glad yours arrived. The courier company @DXdelivery decided to not bother delivering my order and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. Now @PongCheese don't even pick up their phone.
