@AskUSBank do you make a habit of charging people a late fee when they make an on-time payment? Bc I paid my credit card on the due date and y'all hit me with a $30 late fee because it was "after 7pm." When I called to ask if it could be reversed, I got a flat out "no." Wtf?

@usbank - why does this happen CONSTANTLY on your app??? I can't count the number of times I've needed to sign in to send money or get banking info and I can't because this keeps happening. I've generally liked US Bank but this app issue makes me consider other options...
