@toxicologist12 In the venom research world, your definitions are not correct. The difference between poisons and venoms are very clear- in the way in which they are delivered. BUT, they are both harmful substances, produced by organisms, that are made up of toxins.

Venoms work through the bloodstream- injected. Poisons work through the digestive track- eaten or inhaled. Toxins are just the chemicals that make up your poisons and venoms
