-it was a no doubter

And I’m probably still missing things that make this even MORE rare and unlikely to ever happen again. Truly truly insane, how can you not be romantic about baseball. A true miracle happened

@carvperformance I was there for 4 years, and coached small school college football for 8 years after. I can’t tell you how confused I was when I went to my first non CK practice. We practiced hard, but it took 1.5 times as long to do everything. Didn’t know how revolutionary it was.

@CountryDumb662 I was at Oregon at that time. The emphasis was “bullets not bowing balls.” It was a cool time to be in the football space. The only thing that really slowed us down, literally, were nationally televised games. The commercial breaks killed us.
