Dear @Vodacom or Mr. #ShameelJoosub I find it extremely infuriating that a whole 2GB of data can disappear in seconds & your @Vodacom111 people ask a million questions only to tell meI must track my data usage. I couldn’t even use the damn data, so who should pay for me to check?

Furthermore it is not the first time data disappears instantly after I purchase it. What happens when someone is actually getting that data for an emergency and they remain stranded because data disappears as soon as you buy it? @Vodacom #ShameelJoosub

Yo @Vodacom111, what in the actual f*ck is happening. I have loaded data on three consecutive instances and it disappeared almost instantly even BEFORE I use it. Had I been in distress and need emergency assistance, I’d most certainly be screwed. WTF

2023 marks 10 years since I started my company. Throughout the decade it’s shifted and morphed. It started as a side hustle, then a self employed gig, then an actual business and now I’m moulding it into an enterprise.

But it’s only recently that I learnt about the importance of finding excitement in all seasons.

Business ownership can be brutal. It’s like learning to eat glass and enjoy the taste. But the one thing that remains true is that it’s not boring. Far from it.

And so I’ve learnt to find joy in the low income times because it’s exciting to learn how to stretch a dollar. I’ve learnt to find thrill in daunting projects because it’s training the mind to think further and broader than before.

I’ve learnt to find excitement in the difficult clients because it’s a masterclass on human psychology, emotional mastery and compassion.

All my lows have been just as thrilling as the highs. I may not have seen it then when I was in the clutches of stress and anxiety. But I’ve grown to love and appreciate it now.

As the bible says, “All things are working for my good.”

I know that now more than ever.

So here’s to embracing excitement. It’s a gift to be alive, might as well make the most of it while I can.
