@ATTHelp I went into one of your local stores here in las vegas and I had the absolute worst experience ive ever had in my life!!!! Not only was a treated with little respect over me adding a line and phone trade in. The rep that helped us went as far as marking out account

They didnt create a pin.. they even made a test call to show the phone worked but after a trade in conversation and another one about replacing my screen protectors that was not so positive they blocked my phone by the time I walked through my front door

I have to now go back to the store yet again for the third time and get this phone turned back on. I am highly upset with this store for flaggin me to not get a survey!!! They did not want me to speak bad on them so u block my phone from getting it..

Our account as fraud for a fake a potential fake ID when i already have an account with 10 lines!! Now one of my lines has no service and fraud comfirmed that we are who we are and that the rep did flag my account and caused a full day of work to be missed

@ATT y’all customer service is the absolute worst!!! I moved over on Friday and it has been a completed nightmare! Customer care added unauthorized lines to my account.. cancelled ordered I paid for.. I just don’t see the point in trying anymore with y’all

I am 100 percent regretting moving all my numbers to @ATT I have had nothing but issues!!! I wanna go back to T-mobile and pay a higher bill before I deal with more of this. I moved 10 lines and its been pure hell since Friday!! Worst customer service in my life!! I hate it here
