At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.

Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.

Think Scaloni could try something different like 4-2-3-1 with Nico Gonzalez LW and Messi RW in this World Cup final. Reason being that Spain’s off-ball shape is so good at closing central progression (see how Olise was neutralised vs France) and Argentina are relying on late magic with a different system to their starting 4-4-2 currently. Also Nico’s aerial threat is such a big weapon vs Spain’s aerial weakness, with Messi crosses from RW to supply.
